IRIM has a tradition to host an Annual Reception since 2015, which aims to raise awareness and attention among the key stakeholders on some important issues and subjects. This year, on 5 December 2018, the reception was held for the occasion of IRIM’s 10th Anniversary.
The reception was hosted by Dr Bekhbat Khasbazar (Ambassador, and IRIM’s President). In his welcome note, Ambassador Bekhbat highlighted the achievements of IRIM and its ambition for the coming years. CEO Batsugar Tsedendamba introduced the organizational vision, values and principles to our partners.
In April 2008, IRIM was founded with a staff of four people whereas today we have 25 full-time staff and are a leading institute in Mongolia. IRIM was established in response to the social need of independent, professional and high-quality research and evaluation in Mongolia. The aim was to create an organisation that would provide world-class independent research outcomes and to be the leading center of knowledge in Mongolia on development-related issues.
