Under the contract with the Zorig Foundation (ZF), The Independent Research Institute of Mongolia (IRIM) has just started implementing project for evaluation of “Sustainable Employment for Youth program” by ZF.

The program aims to provide young people from marginalized area with the skills and knowledge to better navigate the transition from university education to full time employment. Under the program’s main goal, IRIM has set the objectives as measuring the changes in knowledge, attitude, and skills of program participants throughout the program implementation cycle to provide recommendation for improving the program in the future.

In order to achieve above mentioned objectives, the project team will collect data from the 20 participants of the program with three times of interval on the basis of qualitative and quantitative methods.  We hope the results of the research will contribute to the further expansion and development of this program for supporting youth employment.
