The European Union project 'Support to Mongolia’s Technical and Vocational Education and Training Sector' (STVET-1) is a 5-year national project implemented by GOPA Worldwide Consultants as the lead partner with the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ). The STVET-1 project started on July 1st, 2014 and will be operational until June 30th, 2019.

The project's objective is to support the economic development and human capital potential of the Government of Mongolia, and its citizens, by enabling key stakeholders to provide technical and vocational education and training in a way that is responsive to the needs of a rapidly changing labor market.

The objective of the research is to collect baseline data for selected 7 indicators from 2018, to analyze the findings and results and contribute to measurements of the project's progress and achievements with respect to expectations.
