Level of Effort: Full-time

Venue: IRIM office, Ulaanbaatar Mongolia

The manager is responsible for the following major tasks:

  1. Manage projects and programmes;
  2. Oversee, provide direction and actively engage in overall project management, planning and quality control;
  3. Liaise on project planning and implementation, including identifying resource requirements for each project;
  4. Improve project management systems;


  1. At least 5 years of relevant experience in undertaking development projects and managing research, monitoring and evaluation, and consulting services; 
  2. At least a Master’s level degree in relevant field;
  3. Demonstrated experience in implementing and directing research, monitoring and evaluation and consulting services;
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style;
  5. Fluency in English is required
