The Independent Research Institute of Mongolia (IRIM) implemented "Improving Labor Market Responsiveness" project financed by Asian Development Bank in 2015-2016. The project developed methodologies and guidelines to conduct labor market surveys, employer satisfaction surveys and graduate tracer studies and piloted them at 6 higher education institutions such as National University of Mongolia, Mongolian University of Education, Etugen University, Gurvan-Erdene Pedagogical Institute, Shine Medical Institute, and Institute of Engineering and Technology. Now we are going to implement implantation of this method at all 95 Higher Education Institutes of Mongolia. As a result of the project, training manuals and programs will be developed taking into account capabilities and specifics of higher education institutes.
