Social care programme of the MRCS implemented the project between 2012 and 2015 in order to enhance the socio-economic development of 7 target provinces. The project had two main activities, which were to provide good quality of social care services for vulnerable groups in rural provinces, and to develop economically empowered vulnerable groups with sustainable income sources.

Background:

To improve access to and quality of social care services, and to reduce internal migration and urbanization in Mongolia

 Study purpose:

The aim of the research is to conduct the final evaluation of the project in terms of its relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and sustainability.

Scope: 7 provinces of Mongolia including Uvs, Govi-Altai, Arkhangai, Uvurkhangai, Khuvsgul, Orkhon, Zavkhan
