IRIM has hosted three volunteers through the Australian Volunteers for Development (AVID) Program as well as other young researchers through short term working agreements. Each person has brought their experience in working in their home country to help our progress in becoming a world class organization. Along the way we have taught them many things about working in the hectic international development sector!
