IRIM has been working with the Leaders Advancing Democracy (LEAD) Mongolia program of World Learning since 2016. LEAD Mongolia is cultivating the country’s next generation of democracy advocates who will transform their communities. On that program, IRIM shares its expertise on development policy dialogue; project management; and project M&E through the seminars and workshops. The last weekend, IRIM’s consultant Ms Tselmegsaikhan Lkhagva delivered the seminar on “Monitoring and Evaluating the Impact” for the LEAD Mongolia 2018 Cohort participants.
