The Gobi's Oyu Development Fund was established in 2015 and is implementing the projects funding allocated annually by OT. The purpose of the consultancy is to improve the policy and planning of the Development Fund activities and to provide sustainable development of the organization. Additionally, we  developed main priorities for fund’s activity in next three years.

Description of actual services provided by your staff within the assignment: 

1. Developed the policy analysis and desktop review on each of the seven thematic of the cooperation Agreement 

1. Organized participatory nine workshops including key provincial stakeholders in order to define needs and problems and ways to decide the problems was identified by the workshop participants,  

2. Developed brief reports included workshop results  

3. Conducted survey from the herders who participated the Start-up program and identifies key challenges, needs and future trends for starting new business for herders.  

4. Three-year main priorities on each thematic of the cooperation agreement were developed based on the results of the workshop and policy analysis. 

5. Developed project selection map.  

6. Developed guidance and rule for implementing project monitoring and evalution and organized capacity building training for fund staff.
