With the support of MUB, SDC and TAF, IRIM implemented the UGP Outcome #3 Developing manuals on Research Methodology and MS Excel program for city, district and khoroo level civil servants.
Purpose
Aiming to improve the the capacity and knowledge of khoroo, district and city level public officers.
To determine the needs and requirement of the civil servants, we are working to organize the ‘Needs Assessment’ Write shop. We also had an interview with the project beneficiaries. The manual will be more practical and will be based on case studies.
To do this, developing the manuals for ToT trainers and Beneficiaries on each subject. Also, after development of 4 manuals, IRIM team conducted the ToT Training for 3 days on both subject.
