Under the contract made with the STVET-1 project, IRIM provided technical assistance on developing methodologies and collecting data for seven indicators. For which primary and secondary sources of information were employed. The research team worked closely with the National Statistical Office (NSO), Ministry of Labor and Protection (MLSP), the General Agency of Labor and Social Services (GALSWS) and the Research Institute of Labor and Social Protection (RILSP) to integrate the data collected. The team also contacted 83 TVET institutions (of which 80 have participated in the survey) - both state and private - to obtain data unavailable at other establishments.

Quantitative data collection methodologies were used for two indicators; both quantitative and qualitative data collection methodologies were employed for the others. A mix of primary and secondary data was used. The following table shows the results – in brief - of the data collection. This follow-up data gathering assignment used the same methodology, tools and data sources as that of the 2018 to ensure comparability.
