The main objective of the project was to measure the success rate of the “Sustainable Employment for Youth Program” initiated by the Zorig Foundation by conducting monitoring and evaluation at the beginning, mid and end of the program and provide recommendation for improvement. Particular objectives included the following: 

  • Measure the changes in the knowledge, attitudes and skills of the program participants; 

  • Assess the training needs; 

  • Determine whether the program met the needs and expectations of the participants; and 

  • Evaluate the impact of the trainings organized within the scope of the program. 

Description of actual services provided by your staff within the assignment: 

  • Developed 7 types of quantitative and qualitative research tools for the M&E  

  • Collected quantitative data twice, both at the beginning and the final phase of the program  

  • Collected qualitative data by conducting individual interviews with each of the participant at the beginning of the program and organized semi-structured focus group discussion with the program participants 

  • Organized content and quality checks after each of the data collection, and entered qualitative and quantitative data  

  • Analyzed and processed the collected quantitative data  

  • Developed needs assessment and program evaluation report in English 

  • Will conduct follow up survey on 6 and 12 months after the program implementation by developing online survey tool and develop brief report.
