In 2016, IRIM initiated the Social Well-being Survey of Mongolia and has been implementing it every year since. The main goal of this study is to spread scientific information - about Mongolia’s social cohesion and people's well-being - to the public.
IRIM first became a member of the International Social Well-being Research Consortium in 2017, and has been actively working in this area by: co-organizing one or two international-level conferences every year, implementing joint projects, and jointly developing academic publications.

In 2017, we joined the "International Social Welfare Research Consortium" with the goal of enhancing international well-being research alongside our internal research efforts and public report dissemination. As a consortium member, we actively participate by presenting our research at regional and international conferences, collaborating on joint projects, and advancing academic endeavors 1-2 times a year.

As part of the project, young researchers from our organization were selected to participate in the "Early Career Researcher" International Program, designed to empower and support the development of emerging researchers.
