We have 25 full-time staff, and more than 40 regular staff, who are all proficient in conducting research, managing wide-scale research projects, and providing consultation services. Our employees are professionals in sociology, development studies, economics, social work, public policy, politics, education, legal studies and/or management; and they have up to twenty years of experience in relevant research areas.

We have also a roster of consultants and signs subcontracts with the consultants. Currently in our database over 300 experts/consultants are registered and associated.
